Cancellation Policy

1. The monthly subscription allows you unlimited rides on days in which we are open. it does not permit you to ride when we are not. 2.Your membership is only valid whilst you are paying your subscription. 3.NO refunds can be given for a day pass or monthly subscriptions. If exeter bike park cannot open due to weather or any other enforceable reason we can move your booking to another available day. 4. If you are under 16 your parents must hold your subscription for you.
